ADP participants consist of seniors who are "aging gracefully" and want cognitive reinforcement and socialization. We also serve those who are diagnosed with "early stage" dementia, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, and other forms of mild cognitive impairment, where a safe and structured social environment is needed.
Our transitional program provides much-needed care and support for individuals and their families as they take preemptive measures for health and well-being, and they prepare for long-term care options.
