Each prospective participant will complete a two day evaluation for placement, scheduled in advance with our staff to ensure that we have everything ready for your loved-one.
Evaluation Fee: $198 (non-refundable)

Daily programming includes a nutritious lunch and snack. 
You choose the hours that work best for you and your loved-one between 8:00am - 4:00pm: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday. 
Participants provide a set monthly schedule.
Regular Day Fee - $106 per day (up to 6.5 hours)
Full Day Fee - $116 per day (over 6.5 hours)
