Since the temporary closure of the Adult Day Program in March 2020 due to the initial COVID shut-down, our team has worked diligently, tried to remain in contact with our client families, and has been praying for you.
We have been closely monitoring the recommendations of the Center for Disease Control (CDC), the California department of health, and local Orange County public health department with regard to staged openings and recommendations. Though no specific regulations regarding the opening of adult day programs have been crafted, we believe that enhanced sanitization requirements, distancing and reductions in group size will continue for some time.
A few of the additional safety measures implemented at this time:
● Sanitize all surfaces twice daily. ● Instituted regular staff hand washing and mask and glove wearing protocols. ● Infra-red temperature screenings of all participants and staff before entering the program each day. Those with temperatures greater than 100.2º F or with any symptoms of illness will not be allowed to participate. ● Appropriate distancing as is possible. ● No one but clients and staff will be permitted in the building.
The Adult Day Program is open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8:00am-4:00pm.

For over 30 years, the Adult Day Program has been rooted in the Mission Viejo, CA, and the south Orange County community as an experienced social/spiritual care model Adult Day Program.
ADP clients consist of seniors who are “aging gracefully” and want cognitive reinforcement and socialization. We also serve those who are diagnosed with "early stage" dementia, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, and other forms of mild cognitive impairment, where a safe and structured social environment is needed.
Our transitional program provides much-needed care and support for individuals and their families as they take preemptive measures for health and well-being, and they prepare for long-term care options.
